SB Digital Media provides social media, content creation, photography, and digital support services. The scope of work will be agreed in writing before any project begins.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in advance. Invoices are payable within the stated timeframe on the invoice. Work may be paused if payment is overdue.
Cancellations and changes
Projects cancelled after work has started may still be charged for time already spent. Changes to agreed work may result in additional costs, which will be discussed before proceeding.
Content and usage
Unless agreed otherwise, SB Digital Media retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional use. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, or text they provide.
Third-party platforms
SB Digital Media is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms such as social media networks, scheduling tools, or website providers, including outages or changes to their services.
Liability
SB Digital Media will always take reasonable care in delivering work but cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or issues outside its control.
